The second season of Demon Slayer, which is published by Shueisha and produced by Ufotable, premiered in the end of 2021.

Tanjiro Kamado is a Demon Slayer who wishes to become one after a monster murdered his whole family and transformed his sister, Nezuko, into a demon. Tanjiro joins a group of other Demon Slayers on his journey to return his sister to her human form and revenge his family, and they become important characters in the storey.

Detailed information about Demon Slayer’s main characters

A lot of information and Character profiles for the main characters in Demon Slayer are available here so start reading.

Tanjiro Kamado

Tanjiro Kamado, the main character of Tanjiro Kamado Demon Slayer, had his life transformed into a walking nightmare after a demon massacred his family and converted his sister, Nezuko, to the dark side by an evil spirit. Tanjiro is drawn to the Demon Slayer Corps by feelings of resentment and affection for his younger sister, Nezuko. He hopes to discover a means to turn Nezuko back into a human by destroying the demons.

While Tanjiro is a loving and caring individual, he is not afraid to make difficult decisions when the time comes. While he is not under the impression that demons should be spared or that murdering would make him no better than his foes, Tanjiro is able to complete the task at hand successfully.

Nezuko Kamado

When the storey starts, Nezuko Kamado is only 12 years old. She turns into a demon at that time. In a few episodes later, Nezuko is 14 years old, but physically, she hasn’t changed at all since that day that was both happy and sad. This won’t change until Tanjiro finds a cure.

As a human, Nezuko was more afraid and direct than she was now that she was a demon. This is because her transformation into a demon naturally changed her personality. However, she still has some of her old traits, like her desire to protect Tanjiro.

Zenitsu Agatsuma

He is older than Tanjiro, but Zenitsu Agatsuma does not seem to be that way because his natural instinct is to run away. Though he doesn’t always show it, Zenitsu has a lot of experience with weapons thanks to his training as Jigoro Kuwajima’s student.

Inosuke Hashibira

Inosuke Hashibira is a person who likes to get into fights without a lot of thought, so It doesn’t matter that Inosuke is very good at taking care of himself; he always overestimates his own abilities, which makes things even more difficult for him, because he always wants to fight anyone who can match him in combat.

Inosuke was raised by boars as a child, which shows in his choice of headgear. Inosuke’s background means that he has a hard time with human traditions, emotions, and customs, but thanks to his work with the Demon Slayer Corps, he is slowly becoming more open to them.

Kanako Tsuyurihas’s

It looks like Kanako Tsuyurihas’s big, soft-looking pink eyes and thin, black hair that is in a ponytail, but it isn’t. As a way to protect herself, Kanao was raised in a rough way. It took a long time for Kanao to start to show any emotion or make any decisions for herself. She would instead let others or chance take care of things like that for her.

This is typical of heroic Demon Slayer characters like Kanao. The show only gives a few hints about how much Kanao has grown as the show goes on.

Genya Shinazugawa

Genya Shinazugawa, another sad background character, had his brothers murdered by his demonic mother. Sanemi, his sole surviving brother, killed his mother. Genya is a formidable warrior who has the ability to absorb demon skills.

Genya’s fiery temper makes him a difficult Demon Slayer to work with early in the anime. Genya gets more gregarious during the series.

Shinazugawa

Wind Hashira appears to be a dangerous person. His insane glance seems to be enough to stop any foe. How much damage will this Hashira be able to inflict with his attacks? Fans are eager to watch Genya Shinazugawain action due to the potential of the anime and its graphics.

Giyu Tomioka

Giyu doesn’t waste words and thinks others should too. He was outcast for trying to tell others what occurred when he was a youngster and was saved by his sister from a monster.

Shinobu Kocho

Shinobu is the most friendly and likeable member of the Demon Slayer Corps at first sight. She always has a smile on her face and seems like she’s ready for a good joke. However, this is just a way for her to control her hatred of demons because her sister, Kanae Kocho, died.

A blade and words can be very dangerous for Shinobu. With a few words, this Demon Slayer character can turn even the most powerful of warriors into flimsy lumps of mush. She will also smile as she does it.

Tengen Uzui

Tengen was born into a ninja clan and trained by his cruel father. He was thought to always be looking for his own happiness, no matter what it cost anyone else. A parent tricked Tengen into killing some of his own siblings, so he left home and tried to figure out how to make his own way.

This is because Tengen was raised in a very rough way and tried to break away from the things that his father taught him.

Mitsuri Kanroji

There are many interesting and unique characters on “The Love Hashira,” but one of them stands out. When this Demon Slayer shows up, her appearance might be short, but the effect she will have on the world is going to be huge.

Obanai Iguro

If you already know how powerful Obanai Iguro is, you know that he is the Serpent Hashira. I don’t know much about this character because of the way he looks.

You don’t know what he can do yet, but the idea of Serpent Breathing sounds like a good time. One can only wait and see how his character changes over time. This is the only way to know.

Muichiro Tokito

Tokito doesn’t show a lot of emotion and can seem uninterested or not caring. The Mist Hashira is named after him. Most of the time, Muichiro goes off on his own. He often seems to be stuck in his own head.

Muichiro’s backstory gives us a better idea of how he came to be the way he is now. There was a personal tragedy that left him without memories or context to help shape and control his anger, so it all comes from that.

Gyomei Himejima

The Demon Slayer anime hasn’t delved too deeply into Gyomei Himejima, the Stone Hashira, because he has mostly been a small part of the show’s background. Even though Gyomei doesn’t play a role in the show’s next saga, the “Entertainment District arc,” her importance is likely to rise in the next season or the one after that when the show gets to the “Hashira Training Arc.”

Gyomei is very big, quiet, strong, and careful. This doesn’t mean that he fully trusts his friends with the Demon Slayer Corp.

Kyojuro Rengoku

When Kyojuro Rengoku came on the scene in Mugen Train, he looked like a ball of fire. Most of the other characters in the anime don’t have a sincerity about them, except for maybe Tanjiro. Kyojuro, on the other hand, has a lot of energy and charm.

Sabito

As Tanjiro’s training with Sakonji came to a halt, he found himself with an aggressive new teacher in the form of Sabito by accident. It starts off as if Sabito thought Tanjiro was too weak to make the most of Sakonji’s training, but he pushes the aspiring Demon Slayer to his limits.

In just a few episodes, Sabito’s time in the show is over. However, he has a big impact on Tanjiro’s development, and maybe even more than Sakonji, who helped him grow up. His backstory is also pretty bad, which isn’t a surprise since Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is about a demon hunter.

Muzan Kibutsuji

The main character of Demon Slayer is one of the most interesting people in the whole show. Muzan hasn’t been in the anime very often so far, but the way he kills some of his most powerful lieutenants is very sad to see.

As far as one can tell, Muzan has a lot of power. It’s hard to figure out how Tanjiro and the other Demon Slayers could even stand a chance against this powerful person. They still have a lot of time to become stronger and fight well, if nothing else.

Akaza

Demon Slayer: Mugen Train introduced the Upper-Rank Three Demon. It has made a lot of people think about it, so His fight with Rengoku was a spectacle to watch, but the Flame Hashira died before it could be over.

You can’t play games with Akaza, and he will play a big part in the events that happen next. Unfortunately, manga fans are the only ones who know how things will go. Anime fans will have to wait for a while to find out how things will turn out.

Daki

Daki is one of the main villains of the Demon Slayer’s Entertainment District Arc. She is vicious and cruel because she is insecure and wants to get Muzan’s approval. As a courtesan, she was burned alive, but her brother, Gyutaro, “saved” her when she was dying. It doesn’t matter if the siblings fight all the time. They’ve always been close to each other.

Gyutaro

Daki’s brother, Gyutaro, is the Twelve Kizuki’s real power in the Upper Rank Six area. The way Gyutaro looks and how he acts make him a scary person to be around because of both of these things. As long as he cares for his sister, Gyutaro doesn’t give a second thought to anyone else. He especially likes to target people he thinks are better off than he is.

It’s the same with Gyutaro as with Daki. Demon Slayer has not revealed his height or birthday, like Daki. In the same way as his sister, Gyutaro is over a hundred years old, too. He is also a lot taller than Daki, so he’s probably around 5’10” or so.
